Chicken Salad With Grapes
This is a delicious high-protein lunch or dinner recipe.

- 5 oz chicken.
- 2 tbsp avocado.
- 1 apple.
- 3 tsp lime juice
- Cook chicken in desired manner until tender and can be pulled apart into small pieces. Place in a medium bowl.
- Cut grapes into halves and chop celery. Add to bowl.
- Peel and pit the avocados and then mash them in the bowl with the chicken, grapes, and celery.
- Squeeze lemon juice over everything.
