Chicken Salad With Grapes

This is a delicious high-protein lunch or dinner recipe.

  • 5 oz chicken.
  • 2 tbsp avocado.
  • 1 apple.
  • 3 tsp lime juice


  • Cook chicken in desired manner until tender and can be pulled apart into small pieces. Place in a medium bowl.
  • Cut grapes into halves and chop celery. Add to bowl.
  • Peel and pit the avocados and then mash them in the bowl with the chicken, grapes, and celery.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over everything.
