Crock Pot Turkey Chili
This is a delicious recipe and makes either a hearty lunch or light dinner.

- 10 oz ground turkey
- 4 tsp avocado
- 1 oz red bell peppers
- 1 oz sweet tomatoes
- 1 oz zucchini
- 1 oz onion
- 1 oz organic tomatoes
- 1/2 garlic clove, diced
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- Chop peppers, zucchini, and onion; dice tomatoes.
- In a medium pan, cook ground turkey until brown and cooked through.
- Place remaining ingredients, plus the browned turkey into a crock-pot.
- Cook on high for two hours and then reduce heat to low and cook for 4-5 hours more.
- Top with diced avocado.
