Crock Pot Turkey Chili

This is a delicious recipe and makes either a hearty lunch or light dinner.

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 oz ground turkey
  • 4 tsp avocado
  • 1 oz red bell peppers
  • 1 oz sweet tomatoes
  • 1 oz zucchini
  • 1 oz onion
  • 1 oz organic tomatoes
  • 1/2 garlic clove, diced
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder

DIRECTIONS

  • Chop peppers, zucchini, and onion; dice tomatoes.
  • In a medium pan, cook ground turkey until brown and cooked through.
  • Place remaining ingredients, plus the browned turkey into a crock-pot.
  • Cook on high for two hours and then reduce heat to low and cook for 4-5 hours more.
  • Top with diced avocado.
