Lettuce Wrapped Tacos

This is a delicious high-protein breakfast recipe for one, double the recipe for two.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp. fresh minced garlic
- 1 tbsp. onion powder
- 1 tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- Large lettuce leaves for shells
- Avocado, sliced tomatoes and diced onions for toppings
DIRECTIONS
- Cook chicken in medium frying pan and season to taste
- Slice avocado, tomatoes and onions while chicken is cook
- Place chicken and toppings in lettuce shell and enjoy!
