Lettuce Wrapped Tacos

This is a delicious high-protein breakfast recipe for one, double the recipe for two.

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp. fresh minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 tbsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp. chili powder
  • Large lettuce leaves for shells
  • Avocado, sliced tomatoes and diced onions for toppings


  • Cook chicken in medium frying pan and season to taste
  • Slice avocado, tomatoes and onions while chicken is cook
  • Place chicken and toppings in lettuce shell and enjoy!
