Why You've Made Weight-Loss Way More Difficult Than It Needed To Be!
Let me begin by saying "I hate almost ALL fitness advertising especially the kind that targets women"
If these marketers really wanted to help women they'd be saying things like:
Gracing the covers of just about every issue of every fitness magazine are eye-catching headlines promising "Flat Belly, Sleek Legs, Tight Butt" in minutes with just 3 easy steps.
You're promised to "Eat this, Drop pounds" with miracle "Foods That Shred Belly Fat"
Ab, butt, and thigh workouts specifically designed to "Tighten and Tone Those Problem Areas"
All this misinformation being circulated by these fitness marketers makes me crazy.
It's time to shift your mindset when it comes to dieting. By focusing less on hype and more on maintaining a healthy balance of what you eat, you'll impact your body on a level most diets don't even consider.
WHAT IF WEIGHT-LOSS WAS AS SIMPLE AS FLIPPING A SWITCH? WELL, IT REALLY IS THAT SIMPLE!
Research now shows that you don't have to spend hours in the gym or give up your favorite foods to lose weight and feel great.
In fact, stabilizing your blood sugar levels will have a greater impact on reducing your waistline than endless hours of cardio.
Your blood sugar level is the amount of glucose (sugar) that's circulating in your bloodstream.
Glucose (sugar) provides energy to cells for immediate use or be stored (as fat) for future use.
A well-balanced blood sugar level is crucial to your overall fitness and well-being, regulating your hormones, triggering your body to burn stored fat, and increasing your metabolism to help you lose weight.
Ironically, not getting enough sugar can cause your body to put on extra pounds too! Eating too little glucose can lead to a low blood sugar level, causing your body to go into "starvation mode" where it burns your lean muscle instead of the fat - a double whammy to your system and your diet.
What you need to know is this: if you keep your blood sugar levels between 80 and 120 milligrams per deciliter (mg/dl) - the range for stable blood sugar - you will not store fat or burn muscle, because your blood sugar hormones will be in balance.
When you learn how your metabolism works and how your body processes the food you eat you'll discover that you can really use your favorite foods to switch your body into fat burning mode and melt off the excess fat.
THE REAL KEY IS UNDERSTANDING HOW YOUR BODY METABOLIZES CARBOHYDRATES.
Most people have heard that carbs will make them fat but they love their carbs and aren't willing to give them up. As you'll soon discover you don't have to give up your carbs!
The first key is to recognize that there are two kinds of carbs; slow carbs and fast carbs. Slow carbs are greens, most veggies and certain fruits
The ones most people love and are not willing to give up are the fast carbs. That's things like bread, pasta, sweets even beer and wine. They can cause you to gain weight if you eat them the wrong way.
THE TRICK IS BALANCING YOUR MEALS WITH THE RIGHT RATIOS OF PROTEIN, CARBS AND FATS.
Most peoples meals are essentially all fast carbs which have the tendency to elevate your blood sugar levels switching their body into fat storing mode. Basically telling it to hang on to everything they are eating as fat (stored energy).
You don't have to give up any of your meals. You just have to tweak your meals so you have the right balance of protein, carbs and healthy fats to even out your blood sugar levels and switch your body into fat burning mode.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO GIVE UP ANYTHING, YOU CAN STILL HAVE YOUR FAVORITE DISHES.
As you'll discover in The 8 Week Body Challenge program, you just have to tweak the proportions and ratios of your protein, carbohydrates and healthy fats; turning your meals into a fat loss plate.
You don't have to give up your favorite foods, you just have to tweak them so those very same meals will even out your blood sugar levels causing your body to burn fat rather than store it.
PEOPLE ARE SURPRISED WHEN THEY DISCOVER THAT THEY NEED TO EAT MORE NOT LESS.
When you go a long time without eating, between meals and in the evening, your blood sugar levels drop and your body thinks it's starving, once again putting your body into fat-storing mode. So, what do you do?
Adjusting your eating schedule by adding a snack in between meals and into the evening will even out your blood sugar levels keeping your body in fat-burning mode all day long. It's that easy.
YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL BE AMAZED WITH YOUR TRIM, TONE, HEALTHY BODY!
